The importer is legally responsible for product quality and smooth operation during the warranty period, when used in accordance with its purpose and the instructions.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product to the customer. The warranty is the invoice that you receive with the delivery of the good.
No warranty will be granted in case of : incorrect assembly, misuse, weather events, damaging user intent, repairs made without the benefit of the authorized service, damages dued to evident negligence in maintenance, and any other type of intervention which does not comply with applicable laws.
If an authorized service cannot fix the product within 45 days, the importer of the product at your request, will replace it with a new.
The time within which the importer provides you service, maintenance and spare parts is 2 years from the delivery of the good.
Repairs at home because of the complexity and availability of spare parts are not possible.
The seller is not technically competent to assess the potential damage and, therefore, cannot decide on the replacement product without the opinion of the authorized service in the event of failure.
Any return for warranty claimed by the customer, based on erroneous or fraudulent claims, will cause the necessary return of the item , with shipping and return costs of the goods charged on the purchaser. Victura d.o.o. reserves the right , in case of damage with intent or fraudulent misrepresentation by the buyer , to use any legal process necessary.
